For serious New yorkers only…
No matter how cloudy, rainy or windy the spring days can get, this place will always cheer you up. It is one of those things you must do when in New york especially during the spring season. The park is huge and one can easily spend an entire day in the 52 acre park.
The park is filled with different varieties of cherry blossom trees most of them in the shades of pink and white which gives this beautiful garden its charm in the spring season. The traditional Japenese festival called Sakura Matsuri is celebrated every year and during this time there is plenty of events for adults and kids, not to mention the yummy Japenese food served at the cafe.
